  • red onion
  • stalks of celery
  •  juice of 1 lemon
  •  salt and pepper to taste
  • whole grain bread slices

Instructions

  1. 1 Boil the eggs hard for about 9 minutes, then cool them under cold water and peel. Cut the eggs into pieces.
