2 cans of tuna in water
4 eggs
2 ripe avocados
1 red onion
2 stalks of celery
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
4 whole grain bread slices

Instructions
1Boil the eggs hard for about 9 minutes, then cool them under cold water and peel. Cut the eggs into pieces.
2Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Cut the avocado into cubes.
3Dice the red onion and celery into small pieces.
4Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the egg pieces, avocado, red onion, and celery. Mix everything well.
5Add the lemon juice and season the salad with salt and pepper. Mix well again.
