1 cucumber
2 cloves of garlic
500 grams Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Handful of fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess moisture.
2Peel the cloves of garlic and press them.
3In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and pressed garlic.
4Add the grated cucumber to the yogurt mixture.
5Finely chop the dill and add it to the bowl.
6Add salt and pepper to taste and mix everything well.
7Refrigerate the tzatziki for at least an hour to let the flavors meld. For the best result, let it sit overnight. But no stress! Even if you don't do this, it will still be delicious.
