Ingredients

  • cucumber
  • cloves of garlic
  • 500 grams Greek yogurt
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • tablespoon white wine vinegar
  •  Handful of fresh dill
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess moisture.
  2. 2 Peel the cloves of garlic and press them.
  3. 3 In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and pressed garlic.
  4. 4 Add the grated cucumber to the yogurt mixture.
  5. 5 Finely chop the dill and add it to the bowl.
  6. 6 Add salt and pepper to taste and mix everything well.
  7. 7 Refrigerate the tzatziki for at least an hour to let the flavors meld. For the best result, let it sit overnight. But no stress! Even if you don't do this, it will still be delicious.
