500 g ricotta cheese

12 lasagna sheets
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Steam the spinach until it just starts to wilt, about 2 minutes. Let it cool and squeeze out the excess moisture.
3In a bowl, mix the ricotta, eggs, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooled spinach.
