4 chicken breasts
2 lemons
4 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of fresh basil
4 handfuls of arugula
500 grams of baby potatoes
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Cut the baby potatoes in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with half of the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
3Rub the chicken breasts with garlic, the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them in a grill pan over medium-high heat until cooked through.
4Meanwhile, make the salad by mixing the arugula, juice of a lemon, basil, salt, and pepper.
5Serve the grilled chicken with the arugula salad and the potatoes. Enjoy!
