4 large red bell peppers
200 grams minced beef
200 grams quinoa
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon Italian herbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
40 grams grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
3Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.
