Ingredients

  • large red bell peppers
  • 200 grams minced beef
  • 200 grams quinoa
  • onion, finely chopped
  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • can of diced tomatoes
  • tablespoon Italian herbs
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  salt and pepper to taste
  • 40 grams grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
  3. 3 Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.
