  • 200 gr whole wheat spaghetti
  • zucchini, thinly sliced
  • red bell peppers, diced
  • small red onion, finely chopped
  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 gr fresh basil
  • 30 gr pine nuts
  • 50 gr Parmesan cheese, grated
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, garlic, zucchini, and bell peppers and cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender.
