200 gr whole wheat spaghetti
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
2 red bell peppers, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
50 gr fresh basil
30 gr pine nuts
50 gr Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
2Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, garlic, zucchini, and bell peppers and cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender.
