  • ripe bananas
  • 200 grams whole wheat flour
  • eggs
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • tablespoons honey
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  •  Pinch of salt
  •  Handful of walnuts

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. 3 Melt the butter and add it to the mashed bananas along with the eggs and honey.
  4. 4 Add the whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and mix everything into a smooth batter.
