200 grams rolled oats
50 grams chia seeds
120 grams peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey
50 grams dark chocolate (optional)
1 pinch of salt

Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, honey, and salt.
