  • red bell pepper, diced
  • tablespoon curry powder
  • teaspoon turmeric
  • teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • cups vegetable broth
  • can coconut milk
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Fresh cilantro for garnish
