200 gr dark chocolate
4 eggs
50 gr sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
200 gr mixed red fruit (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)

Instructions
1Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and let it cool.
2Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites stiff with a pinch of salt.
3In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
4Mix the cooled chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
5Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture. This will give it that delicious airy texture!
