4 salmon fillets
200 g quinoa
400 g fresh spinach
2 cloves of garlic
200 ml cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook according to the instructions on the package.
2Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan. Add the garlic and sauté until lightly browned.
3Add the fresh spinach to the pan and let it wilt. Then add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture simmer over low heat.
4Heat the other tablespoon of olive oil in another pan. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and cook them over medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
