  • cups brown rice
  • red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • broccoli, cut into florets
  • carrots, sliced
  • spring onions, finely chopped
  • tablespoons soy sauce
  • tablespoons honey
  • cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • tablespoon sesame oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • tablespoons sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the brown rice according to the package instructions.
  2. 2 Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet and add the beef. Cook until the meat is browned.
