400 g beef, sliced into strips
2 cups brown rice
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 broccoli, cut into florets
2 carrots, sliced
4 spring onions, finely chopped
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions
1Cook the brown rice according to the package instructions.
2Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet and add the beef. Cook until the meat is browned.
3Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
4In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour this over the meat and vegetables and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
5Divide the rice among four bowls, top with the meat and vegetables, and sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
