  • 200 grams almonds
  • 200 grams white rice
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Cut the zucchini and bell pepper into pieces and place them on a baking sheet along with the cherry tomatoes. Add the garlic cloves and sprinkle with fresh thyme, pepper, and salt.
  3. 3 Drizzle the vegetables with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and roast them in the oven for about 20 minutes until they are nicely colored and tender.
