Ingredients

  • tuna steaks (about 200g each)
  • ripe mangoes, diced
  • avocados, diced
  • red onion, finely chopped
  • lime (juice and zest)
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • pak choi, halved
  • tablespoons sesame oil
  • tablespoons soy sauce
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the grill pan over high heat.
  2. 2 Rub the tuna steaks with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3 Grill the tuna steaks for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
