4 tuna steaks (about 200g each)
2 ripe mangoes, diced
2 avocados, diced
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 lime (juice and zest)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 pak choi, halved
4 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions
1Heat the grill pan over high heat.
2Rub the tuna steaks with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
3Grill the tuna steaks for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
4For the salsa, mix the mango, avocado, red onion, lime juice and zest, and garlic in a bowl. Add salt to taste.
