  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • sweet potatoes

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
