Ingredients

  • 400 g Shrimp
  • tablespoons Thai curry paste
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • Red bell pepper
  • 200 g Sugar snap peas
  • Bunch of fresh cilantro
  • Limes
  •  Olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat a large pan with a little olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Add the curry paste and stir until fragrant.
  3. 3 Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
