  • 400 grams large peeled shrimp
  • stalks lemongrass
  • liter chicken broth
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • red chili pepper
  • cloves of garlic
  • lime
  • tablespoons fish sauce
  • spring onions
  •  Handful of fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. 1 Slice the lemongrass and chili pepper into thin rings and finely chop the garlic.
  2. 2 Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a large pot and add lemongrass, chili, and garlic. Let it simmer gently for 10 minutes.
