1 kilo floury potatoes
400 grams chopped kale
200 grams smoked salmon
200 ml semi-skimmed milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal pieces.
2Cook the potatoes in a large pan with water and salt for about 20 minutes until tender.
3Add the kale for the last 10 minutes.
4Drain the potatoes and kale and mash them with a masher into a creamy mash.
5Add the milk and olive oil and stir well.
6Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and stir into the mash.
