Creamy Kale Mash with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • kilo floury potatoes
  • 400 grams chopped kale
  • 200 grams smoked salmon
  • 200 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal pieces.
  2. 2 Cook the potatoes in a large pan with water and salt for about 20 minutes until tender.
  3. 3 Add the kale for the last 10 minutes.
  4. 4 Drain the potatoes and kale and mash them with a masher into a creamy mash.
  5. 5 Add the milk and olive oil and stir well.
  6. 6 Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and stir into the mash.
  7. 7 Season with salt and pepper.
