  • sheet of ready-made puff pastry
  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • large eggs
  • 200 ml cream
  • clove of garlic, minced
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Roll out the puff pastry and line a quiche dish with it. Prick holes in the bottom with a fork.
