200 grams fresh spinach
100 grams feta cheese
4 large eggs
200 ml cream
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Roll out the puff pastry and line a quiche dish with it. Prick holes in the bottom with a fork.
