  • zucchinis
  • carrots
  • red bell pepper
  • cloves of garlic
  • tablespoons of olive oil

  • handfuls of fresh basil
  • cloves of garlic
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 100 ml olive oil
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Start by making the pesto. In a food processor, combine the basil, garlic, parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
