400 g tofu, drained and cubed
1 large broccoli, cut into florets
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece of ginger (2 cm), grated
2 spring onions, sliced
Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions
1Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy. This takes about 10-15 minutes. Don't stress, it will turn out fine!
2Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
3In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make a sauce. Add the sauce to the pan and stir well.
4Let it simmer for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
