Ingredients

  • 400 g tofu, drained and cubed
  • large broccoli, cut into florets
  • tbsp oil
  • tbsp soy sauce
  • tbsp sesame oil
  • cloves garlic, minced
  • piece of ginger (2 cm), grated
  • spring onions, sliced
  •  Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy. This takes about 10-15 minutes. Don't stress, it will turn out fine!
  2. 2 Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. 3 In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make a sauce. Add the sauce to the pan and stir well.
  4. 4 Let it simmer for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
