  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • cup dried lentils
  • can diced tomatoes
  • cups vegetable broth
  • teaspoons turmeric
  • teaspoon cumin
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
