12 lasagna sheets
2 zucchinis
3 carrots
200 grams mushrooms
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
400 grams of tomato puree
200 grams of grated cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
A pinch of oregano and basil

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
3Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
4Add the remaining vegetables and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
5Add the tomato puree, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil, and stir well.
