Ingredients

  • whole grain wraps
  • zucchini
  • bell pepper
  • red onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • cucumber
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • tablespoon lemon juice
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion into thin slices. Clean the garlic cloves.
  2. 2 Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add the vegetables. Grill the vegetables until they are soft and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. 3 While the vegetables are grilling, make the tzatziki. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess liquid. Add the cucumber to the Greek yogurt, along with the pressed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. 4 Warm the wraps according to the instructions on the package.
