Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in a pan with olive oil until the onion is translucent.
3Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Then add the diced tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
4Meanwhile, crumble the feta and slice the mozzarella.
5Now, let's assemble the lasagna. Start with a layer of the spinach mixture in a baking dish. Place lasagna sheets on top and sprinkle with feta. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used, but end with a layer of spinach mixture.
