1 can black beans (400g)
2 ripe tomatoes
1 red onion
1 lime
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 fresh jalapeno
100 g feta
1 avocado

Instructions
1Start by making the salsa. Finely chop the tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeno. Mix them in a bowl and add the juice of half a lime. Finely chop a handful of cilantro and stir it into the salsa. Season with salt and pepper.
2Rinse the black beans under running water and drain them. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the beans. Cook them over medium heat until they are warm. Then mash them slightly with a fork.
3Warm the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.
4Now it's time to fill the tacos! Start with a layer of black beans, followed by the fresh salsa. Crumble some feta over the taco and top with slices of avocado and some extra cilantro.
