  • can black beans (400g)
  • ripe tomatoes
  • red onion
  • lime
  • bunch fresh cilantro
  • fresh jalapeno
  • 100 g feta
  • avocado
  •  Olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Start by making the salsa. Finely chop the tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeno. Mix them in a bowl and add the juice of half a lime. Finely chop a handful of cilantro and stir it into the salsa. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Rinse the black beans under running water and drain them. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the beans. Cook them over medium heat until they are warm. Then mash them slightly with a fork.
  3. 3 Warm the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.
