  • 12 lasagna sheets
  • large onion, chopped
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • 400 grams fresh spinach
  • 250 grams ricotta cheese
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 100 grams grated cheese
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. 3 Add the spinach and let it wilt. Then add the diced tomatoes and let it simmer for a few minutes.
