1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
400 grams fresh spinach
250 grams ricotta cheese
400 grams diced tomatoes (canned)
100 grams grated cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
3Add the spinach and let it wilt. Then add the diced tomatoes and let it simmer for a few minutes.
4Add the ricotta to the spinach-tomato mixture and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
