2 large sweet potatoes
1 can chickpeas (400g)
1 can tomato pulp (400g)
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 can coconut milk (400ml)
Fresh coriander (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes.
2Heat a little oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3Add the curry powder, cumin, and turmeric and stir well.
