  • 200 g green lentils
  • large carrots
  • red onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • teaspoon ground cumin
  • teaspoon ground coriander
  •  For the dressing:
  • tablespoons tahini
  • lemon
  • teaspoon honey
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Rinse the lentils and cook them according to the instructions on the package.
