200 g green lentils
4 large carrots
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
For the dressing:
2 tablespoons tahini
1 lemon
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Rinse the lentils and cook them according to the instructions on the package.
2Meanwhile, peel the carrots and slice them thinly. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the carrots, onion, garlic, cumin, and coriander. Cook until the carrots are soft.
