Easy Homemade Sushi for Lunch
This easy homemade sushi for lunch is perfect for a relaxing and healthy midday meal. It's fresh, full of flavor, and even fun to make!
Ingredients

300 grams sushi rice

4 nori sheets

200 grams fresh salmon

1 avocado

1 cucumber

Soy sauce, for serving

Wasabi, for serving

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

A pinch of salt
Instructions

Rinse the sushi rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. This will prevent the rice from becoming too sticky.

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Add the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt after the rice is cooked and let it cool.

Meanwhile, slice the salmon, avocado, and cucumber into thin strips.

Place a nori sheet on a sushi mat and spread a layer of rice evenly over the sheet. Leave about 1 cm at the top.

Place the cut ingredients in the middle of the rice.

Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat.
