Mix the buckwheat flour, eggs, almond milk, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth batter forms.

Heat a little coconut oil in a pan.

Pour a spoonful of batter into the pan and sprinkle a handful of blueberries over the batter.

Cook the pancake over medium-high heat until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat until all batter is used.
