4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
A handful of fresh mint leaves

Instructions
1Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into pieces.
2Put the mango pieces in a blender with the lemon juice and honey, and blend until smooth.
3Taste and add more honey or lemon juice to your liking.
4Pour the mixture into a shallow container and place it in the freezer.
5Stir with a fork every half hour to prevent ice crystals from forming. Do this for about 3 hours.
