200 grams dates, pitted
75 grams almonds
75 grams walnuts
50 grams dried cranberries
25 grams sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons honey
pinch of salt

Instructions
1Place the dates in a bowl with warm water and let them soak for 10 minutes.
2Meanwhile, put the almonds, walnuts, cranberries, and sunflower seeds in a food processor and pulse until coarse.
3Drain the dates and add them to the food processor. Also add the honey and pinch of salt.
4Mix everything until it forms a sticky mixture.
5Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into it, ensuring it is evenly spread.
6Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 2 hours.
7Remove the baking dish from the refrigerator and cut the mixture into bars. Store them in an airtight container.
