Ingredients

  • 200 grams dates, pitted
  • 75 grams almonds
  • 75 grams walnuts
  • 50 grams dried cranberries
  • 25 grams sunflower seeds
  • tablespoons honey
  •  pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1 Place the dates in a bowl with warm water and let them soak for 10 minutes.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, put the almonds, walnuts, cranberries, and sunflower seeds in a food processor and pulse until coarse.
  3. 3 Drain the dates and add them to the food processor. Also add the honey and pinch of salt.
  4. 4 Mix everything until it forms a sticky mixture.
  5. 5 Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into it, ensuring it is evenly spread.
  6. 6 Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 2 hours.
  7. 7 Remove the baking dish from the refrigerator and cut the mixture into bars. Store them in an airtight container.
