100 grams almonds
50 grams pumpkin seeds
50 grams sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons flax seeds
100 ml honey
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions
1Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes and then chop them into small pieces.
2Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
3Roughly chop the almonds and briefly roast them in a dry skillet.
4In a bowl, mix the dates, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds.
5Heat the honey and coconut oil in a saucepan until liquid. Pour this over the nut-seed mixture and stir well.
6Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture in. Press it firmly with the back of a spoon.
7Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow it to cool completely before cutting it into bars. Enjoy!
