Ingredients

  • 200 grams dates
  • 100 grams almonds
  • 50 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 50 grams sunflower seeds
  • tablespoons chia seeds
  • tablespoons flax seeds
  • 100 ml honey
  • tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes and then chop them into small pieces.
  2. 2 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  3. 3 Roughly chop the almonds and briefly roast them in a dry skillet.
  4. 4 In a bowl, mix the dates, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds.
  5. 5 Heat the honey and coconut oil in a saucepan until liquid. Pour this over the nut-seed mixture and stir well.
  6. 6 Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture in. Press it firmly with the back of a spoon.
  7. 7 Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow it to cool completely before cutting it into bars. Enjoy!
