Energetic Nut Date Bars
These nut date bars are a perfect snack for an energy boost at any time of the day. They are easy to make, full of flavor, and packed with nutrients!
Ingredients

200 g dates, pitted

100 g almonds

50 g walnuts

50 g pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons honey

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Place the dates in a bowl and pour hot water over them. Let soak for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds in a food processor and pulse into a coarse mixture.

Drain the dates and add them to the food processor. Also add the chia seeds, honey, and salt.

Mix everything into a sticky mixture.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into it. Press down firmly with the back of a spoon.

Refrigerate the dish for at least 1 hour to set.

Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator.
