2 ripe bananas
4 eggs
200 grams of fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of honey

Instructions
1Put the oats in a blender and blend into a fine flour.
2Add the bananas, eggs, baking powder, salt, and honey to the blender and mix into a smooth batter.
3Heat a little oil in a frying pan and scoop a spoonful of the batter into the pan.
4Place some blueberries on the batter and fry the pancake over medium heat until the top is almost dry. Flip the pancake and fry the other side until golden brown.
5Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
