Ingredients

  • fish fillets (e.g. cod or tilapia)
  • lemons
  • sprigs of fresh dill
  • 200 ml creme fraiche
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 While the fish is cooking, make the sauce. Zest one lemon and juice both lemons. Finely chop the dill.
  3. 3 Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped dill, and creme fraiche in a saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until well combined and warm. Season with salt and pepper.
