2 lemons
2 sprigs of fresh dill
200 ml creme fraiche
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
2While the fish is cooking, make the sauce. Zest one lemon and juice both lemons. Finely chop the dill.
3Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped dill, and creme fraiche in a saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until well combined and warm. Season with salt and pepper.
