Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • clove of garlic, minced
  •  Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  •  Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • tablespoons honey
  • tablespoon mustard
  • 125 ml cream
  •  Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3 Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
  4. 4 In the same pan, add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
