4 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Juice and zest of 1 orange
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon mustard
125 ml cream
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
1Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
4In the same pan, add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
5Add the lemon and orange juice and zest, along with the honey and mustard. Let it simmer over low heat until slightly thickened.
6Add the cream and stir to create a creamy sauce.
7Return the chicken breasts to the pan and coat them with the sauce. Let it simmer for a few more minutes.
