Chef's Special: Steamed Salmon with Quinoa and Green Asparagus

4 salmon fillets
200 grams quinoa
1 bunch green asparagus
2 lemons
4 tablespoons olive oil
a handful of fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
2Trim the woody ends of the asparagus and blanch them for 3 minutes in boiling water. Rinse them under cold water and set aside.
3Place the salmon fillets in a steamer basket above a pot of boiling water. Steam the salmon for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
4Meanwhile, zest one lemon and juice both lemons. Mix the lemon juice, zest, olive oil, and chopped dill to make the citrus-dill sauce.
5Serve the steamed salmon on a bed of quinoa, with the asparagus on the side. Drizzle the sauce over and season with salt and pepper.
