  • ripe bananas
  • 100 g mixed red fruit (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • eggs
  • tsp baking powder
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • tbsp honey
  •  pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a muffin tin.
  2. 2 Put the oatmeal in a blender or food processor and grind into a fine flour.
  3. 3 Add the bananas, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, honey, and salt, and blend into a smooth batter.
  4. 4 Stir the mixed fruit into the batter.
