2 ripe bananas
100 g mixed red fruit (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp honey

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a muffin tin.
2Put the oatmeal in a blender or food processor and grind into a fine flour.
3Add the bananas, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, honey, and salt, and blend into a smooth batter.
4Stir the mixed fruit into the batter.
5Divide the batter into the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven until golden brown and cooked through.
