Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  • heads of Romaine lettuce
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • tablespoons of olive oil
  • slices of whole wheat bread, cubed
  •  For the dressing:
  • egg yolk
  • tablespoons of mustard
  • tablespoons of lemon juice
  • tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 100 ml of olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the chicken breasts for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Let them rest for a bit and then slice them.
  2. 2 Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Cook until light brown, then add the bread cubes. Roast them until crispy and golden brown.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, make the dressing by mixing the egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Stir until it becomes a smooth dressing.
  4. 4 Cut the Romaine lettuce into pieces and divide it among four plates. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and place the slices of roasted chicken on top. Finish with the crispy croutons and pour the dressing over.
