  • whole wheat wraps
  • 400 grams smoked salmon
  • ripe avocados
  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • red onion
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Mash the flesh with a fork in a bowl and add the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
