Fruity Chia Pudding with Seasonal Fruit and Honey
This dessert is not only deliciously sweet and flavorful, but also super healthy! The chia seeds swell up in the milk and form a pudding-like texture, while the fruit and honey provide a natural sweetness. And the best part: it's super easy to make, so no stress!

Fresh seasonal fruit of your choice (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, peaches)

Mix the chia seeds, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir well to ensure all chia seeds are coated with the milk.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

Remove the pudding from the fridge. The chia seeds should have formed a gel-like consistency.
