200 ml cream

Instructions
1Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2Brush the steaks on both sides with olive oil and season with salt.
3Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on your desired doneness. Remove them from the grill and let them rest.
4Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and onion and sauté them in a pan with the remaining olive oil until soft.
5Add the fresh pepper and cook for another minute. Then add the cream and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
6Taste and add salt if necessary. Pour the sauce over the resting steaks and garnish with fresh parsley.
