Grilled Steak with Fresh Pepper Cream Sauce

  • tablespoon olive oil
  • cloves of garlic
  • small onion
  • tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 200 ml cream
  •  Salt to taste
  •  Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Brush the steaks on both sides with olive oil and season with salt.
  3. 3 Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on your desired doneness. Remove them from the grill and let them rest.
  4. 4 Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and onion and sauté them in a pan with the remaining olive oil until soft.
  5. 5 Add the fresh pepper and cook for another minute. Then add the cream and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6 Taste and add salt if necessary. Pour the sauce over the resting steaks and garnish with fresh parsley.
