3 ripe bananas
200 grams of oats
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
300 ml of plant-based milk (such as almond milk)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
4 tablespoons of agave syrup or honey
100 grams of blueberries

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
3Add the oats, baking powder, chia seeds, plant-based milk, cinnamon, and agave syrup or honey. Mix everything well together.
4Finally, add the blueberries and gently stir them into the mixture.
5Divide the mixture into muffin cups and place them in the oven.
6Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes until done. You can check with a toothpick to see if they're done. If the toothpick comes out clean, then your muffins are ready.
7Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool for a bit. They are also very tasty when slightly cooled!
