Healthy Oat Banana Muffins

These oat banana muffins are super easy to make, delicious in taste, and of course very healthy! They are perfect as a quick snack during the day, or even as a nutritious breakfast when you're in a hurry. Moreover, they are also vegan and gluten-free! No stress if you're not an experienced baker, this recipe is super simple and I'm sure you can do it!

Ingredients

  • ripe bananas
  • 200 grams of oats
  • teaspoon of baking powder
  • tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 300 ml of plant-based milk (such as almond milk)
  • teaspoon of cinnamon
  • tablespoons of agave syrup or honey
  • 100 grams of blueberries

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. 2 Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
  3. 3 Add the oats, baking powder, chia seeds, plant-based milk, cinnamon, and agave syrup or honey. Mix everything well together.
  4. 4 Finally, add the blueberries and gently stir them into the mixture.
  5. 5 Divide the mixture into muffin cups and place them in the oven.
  6. 6 Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes until done. You can check with a toothpick to see if they're done. If the toothpick comes out clean, then your muffins are ready.
  7. 7 Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool for a bit. They are also very tasty when slightly cooled!
