  • ripe avocados
  • small red onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • lime
  • tomato
  •  Handful of fresh coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a bowl.
  2. 2 Squeeze the garlic cloves into the bowl.
  3. 3 Finely chop the red onion and add it.
  4. 4 Dice the tomato and also add it to the bowl.
