200 ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Handful of frozen blueberries

Instructions
1Thoroughly wash the spinach and let it drain.
2Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
3Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
4Put the spinach, banana, and avocado in the blender with the almond milk.
