1 teaspoon cornstarch
4 passion fruits
4 kiwis
200 ml whipped cream

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 120 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2In a clean, grease-free bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
3Gradually add the sugar to the egg white mixture while continuing to beat. The meringue should be shiny and stiff.
4Add the white wine vinegar and cornstarch to the meringue and fold in gently.
5Spread the meringue mixture in a circle on the baking sheet. Make a well in the center for the filling.
6Bake the pavlova for 1.5 hours in the oven. Then let it cool completely in the oven.
7Meanwhile, cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp. Peel the kiwis and slice them.
