1 red bell pepper, diced
2 cans of diced tomatoes (400 grams each)
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
4 eggs
100 grams feta, crumbled
Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions
1Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
