Ingredients

  • tablespoons olive oil
  • onion, finely chopped
  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • red bell pepper, diced
  • cans of diced tomatoes (400 grams each)
  • teaspoon cumin
  • teaspoon paprika
  • eggs
  • 100 grams feta, crumbled
  •  Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
