  • 60 grams pitted dates
  •  Pinch of salt
  • 100 grams unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 200 grams fresh cream cheese
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  • 150 grams fresh strawberries
  • tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. 1 Grind the almonds in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  2. 2 Add the dates and a pinch of salt to the almonds and mix until sticky.
  3. 3 Spread the almond mixture over the bottom of a baking tin lined with parchment paper and press it down firmly. Chill in the refrigerator to set.
  4. 4 In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.
  5. 5 Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Puree the strawberries in a food processor and add to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well.
