1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
150 grams fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions
1Grind the almonds in a food processor until fine crumbs.
2Add the dates and a pinch of salt to the almonds and mix until sticky.
3Spread the almond mixture over the bottom of a baking tin lined with parchment paper and press it down firmly. Chill in the refrigerator to set.
4In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.
5Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Puree the strawberries in a food processor and add to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well.
6Spread the cream cheese-strawberry mixture over the almond base. Smooth out and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
